Submarines operate in highly complex environments and under extreme conditions, making simulators indispensable for providing a safe and controlled space for training. L&T has been developing safe and reliable simulators to train naval crews, enhancing their operational and emergency handling capabilities.
The state-of-the-art “Submarine Escape Training Tower” facility, designed and developed by L&T trains naval personnel on safe procedure of escaping a submarine in-case of emergency.
The L&T designed “Submarine Damage Control & Fire Fighting Training Facility” simulates emergencies in rough marine conditions, helping crew to identify gaps and prepare personnel for real emergencies.
