32 m wheel-and-track antenna: A state-of-the-art structure installed by L&T at the Indian Deep Space Network (IDSN) at Byalalu, near Bengaluru to track and send commands to ISRO’s deep space missions. The antenna is a 32 m parabolic-shaped reflector fashioned from 180 stretch-formed panels. It has been designed and assembled to an overall accuracy of 0.3 mm RMS.
Precision Monopulse Tracking Radars (PMTR): Installed at Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota (SDSC SHAR) and ISRO, Bengaluru, for fast acquisition and tracking of satellite launch and re-entry vehicles. Available in both C and S-band versions, these radars have been operational since 2009.
